BetaWatch Education launches ISO compliant digital due diligence™ solution

Phoenix, ARIZONA January 28, 2003 - BetaWatch Inc., a trusted provider of technology audit services, today trained big business industry auditors. At the fourth Annual Risk Based Internal Auditing conference, BetaWatch Education workshop attendees were introduced to International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9126 and digital due diligence technology audit processes.

The attendees expressed a heightened awareness of the need to be efficient and effective in their technology audit process. "They certainly got up-to-speed in understanding ISO 9126 -- the documented standard for information technology, software product evaluation, quality, characteristics and guidelines for their use. I'm excited that the participants will go back to their companies with an advantage which will help them in all their technology auditing activities," said Managing Partner Temi Grafstein.

The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 requires real-time disclosure and corporate responsibility. This timely workshop taught the investigative audit framework used by businesses, governments, and universities in 140 countries. First-class technology audit is similar to wearing a safety buckle when driving. Expect compliance, productivity, and profitability when using ISO global-standards and data gathering and investigative processes -- the digital due diligence methodology.

Grafstein welcomes the opportunity to offer BetaWatch Education "ISO Advantage and How to Achieve it" workshop again, this time at the Changing Role of the Internal Auditor Conference in Atlanta, Georgia on March 31st 2003.
